You can use concepts such as changing market segmentation, the accelerated product lifecycle, product or service concept changes to meet different market needs, engaging consumers from different cultures, diffusion of new technology (rapid or slow?), innovation potential of business (draw a distinction between innovation and invention), the effect of the sharing economy (think back to Uber or Air bnb), the impact of collaborative consumption, product or service adaptation to different cultures and so forth.
