Classmate\’s Post:
This was quite an interesting website and was surprisingly easy to follow. The National Labor Relations act of 1935 granted non-supervisory employees the right to strike, form unions, and to collectively bargain (Bennett-Alexander & Hartman, 2015, p.742). This website is an updated resource for non-supervisory employees to see all the information they may need in term of their rights. It also has a section of news that is pertinent to labor laws and it keeps the common man informed of injustices happening around our nation and how they are handled and protected. The website also provides a point to contact the NLRB with questions or concerns. It also informs those who are the elected officials in charge of the administrative side of the NLRB (NLRB.gov, n.d.).

2- You must agree or disagree what my Classmate said on his post. You also need to add something new to the discussion. REMEMBER, this is a discussion, your response must look like a conversstion between Classmates.

3- You need to include citations on your response in order to add credibility to this assignment.

4-PLEASE, MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE THE REFERENCES WITH THE SOURCES ALREADY USED TO COMPLETE THIS ASSIGNMENT, IT\’S VERY IMPORTANT TO GET MY GRADE.
