Your final assignment is to develop a comprehensive fitness program, to include all elements outlined in Module 6, for a 12-year-old child who is obese. Please utilize any and all course materials, as well as outside resources to support your work. Here is the information you will utilize to complete the assignment:

Client-12-year-old male/female (we are making the assumption the client has progressed through corrective exercise).

Client BMI: 28.6

Goals:

1. Healthy BMI,

2. Participate in Volleyball (female) or Football (male) in the fall

Timeline: 12 weeks

Nutrition: We are making the assumption a proper nutrition plan is established by a licensed professional (remember, it is outside our scope of practice to create a formal nutrition plan).

Your project should be arranged as follows:

A written introduction of your client and a complete description of your proposed program (this should be no more than one page)
A weekly table outlining each of the elements of your plan (feel free to modify the table if you need to). The plan should be detailed and the activities should relate back to a weekly goal. It would be ideal to divide the 12 weeks into more manageable sections of either 3 or 4 weeks-your choice (this portion of the project should be 3-5 pages).
