Describe Managing Change in an Organisation

The first focus of the assignment is firstly how an organisations structure and culture can inhibit or promote change, with critique of those theories, perhaps looking at Handy\’s (1983) cultural roles and critiquing the theory. Then application of that theory to your own organisation. How does the structure and culture within your organisation inhibit or promote change, with critical evaluation of the theory when applied to your own organisation.
This is followed by a second focus a critique (compare and contrast) of two change models, with application of one change model to critically evaluate a recent operational change in your own organisation.
Then as a final focus look at your role as a change agent or how you were affected by the change in relation to relevant theory, perhaps resistance to change.
